How to navigate Uniworld's Website
WHY IS THERE A NEED FOR THIS INFORMATION?
We have found, here at Cruisin’ With Ted, that there has been a bit of an issue with Uniworld Boutique River Cruises’ guests having trouble navigating their website. Having since looked into this, even I found it a challenging.
So I got with an agent at the cruise line and had her walk me through the basic procedures, step by step. As a result I came up with this premier for those who might need some help with this.
START WITH REGISTRATION
After booking your Uniworld River Cruise go online to ALREADY BOOKED. (pictures here simulate a computer or laptop view, not cell phone).
Then you LOG IN AND REGISTER as a new user putting in the required information. This should be straight forward.
You now have a unique username and password (hopefully not ‘Joe123’) to access your personal information. Well done.
WHERE TO I FIND MY ITINERARY
You won’t find much information on your Uniworld travel documents about your cruise specifics, however, if you know how to navigate the website, you will discover a bountiful of helpful hints there.
Now, to find your itinerary, go back to Uniworld home page click ITINERARIES. Let us say you are on the Delightful Danube – Budapest to Nuremberg.
Under FEATURED ITINERARIES click the year of your cruise, in this case 2026. Under REGION we click CENTRAL EUROPE. A list of cruises pulls out at the right. Click on your cruise, DELIGHTFUL DANUBE.
In the upper right of the itinerary page, you will find a small printer symbol to click to download or print the itinerary.
Under the big map look for the departing port of your cruise, either. BUDAPEST or NUREMBERG. Click the one that applies to you cruise
This will show detailed information for each day, such as shown here for day 5, Engelhartszell, Passau.
And, as one can see here, featured excursions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Then go back to ALREADY BOOKED and click KNOW BEFORE YOU GO.
Once you have your itinerary, things should be coming less cloudy. The majority of details will now be found under this section
COMPLETE YOUR TRIP
Under WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO, click on COMPLETE YOUR TRIP. Go through each section from OPTIONAL EXTENSIONS through PASSENGER INFORMATION FORM, completing each section as needed.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Go down to the section KNOW BEFORE YOU GO (the one in this section). Again go through each section, THE UNEXPECTED, VISAS, TRAVEL REQUIRENTS so you may find all particular requirements for your cruise.
IMPORTANT TRIP INFORMATION
Then click on IMPORTANT TRIP INFORMATION. Open CRUISE COMPANIONS & SCHEDULES AT A GLANCE. This will bring you to brief outline of your cruise and information by Country. You may download or print this.
